新型横向磁通永磁电动机无位置传感器直接转矩控制
Sensorless Direct Torque Control of Novel Transverse Flux Permanent Magnet Motor
【摘要】 新型横向磁通永磁电动机在无刷直流驱动模式下采用传统直接转矩控制时,存在定子磁链给定难的问题。为此,提出了一种无位置传感器直接转矩控制方案。该方案去除了传统定子磁链闭环,仅使用定子磁链位置和转矩滞环比较器决定电压矢量,并利用电动机转速和换相时刻电流在线计算相补偿角以修正定、转子磁链夹角与最佳提前换相角之间的偏差,以兼顾高转矩电流比和低转矩脉动,控制过程中定子磁链幅值自适应调节。仿真结果证实了所提方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 There will be a problem of stator flux reference when conventional direct torque control(DTC) is adopted in novel transverse flux permanent magnet motor(TFPMM) with brushless DC(BLDC) drive.To solve the problem,a sensorless DTC approach is proposed in this paper.In this approach,conventional stator flux loop is removed and the desired voltage vector is only determined by stator flux position and torque hysteresis comparator.To obtain higher torque per ampere and lower torque ripple,reasonable angle compensation for the difference of optimal phase advance angle and the angle between stator and rotor flux is calculated by rotor speed and phase current at commutation instant.The amplitude of stator flux is adaptively adjusting throughout the whole controlling process.The effectiveness of the proposed approach are verified by the simulation results.
