TBAB包络化合物浆的非牛顿流变特性研究
Experimental Study on Rheological Behavior of TBAB Clathrate Hydrate Slurry
【摘要】 TBAB CHS(Clathrate Hydrate Slurry)是一种适用于空调工况的潜热输送载冷剂,可以大幅度降低冷址输送的功耗。本文以其流变特性为研究重点,通过实测水平管内层流数据,判断切应力τ和剪切速率r之间的关系,发现A型CHS完全符合Bingham塑性流体特征。本文结论对于深入剖析CHS流阻特性提供了理论指导,同时可为数值计算提供必要的参考。
【Abstract】 TBAB Clathrate hydrate slurry(CHS) performs an excellent energy saving effect in the latent heat transportation air conditioning system,by reducing pump energy consumption as secondary refrigeration.In this paper,its rhoological behavior was experimentally studied.Based on flow resistance data in laminar flow region,relation between shear stressτand shear rateγwas obtained,and that’s exactly consistent with Bingham non-Newton fluid model.The conclusion can provide guides for further investigation of flow properties and numerical computation.
