19.3K单级高频脉冲管制冷机的实验研究
Experimental Research of a 19.3K Single Stage Multi-Bypass High Frequency Pulse Tube Refrigerator
【摘要】 本文介绍了小型台式20 K低温制冷机的最新研究进展。该研究的目标是提供结构简单、运行可靠、振动和噪声小的小型台式制冷机。现在已经研制了一台单级高频多路旁通型脉冲管制冷机,并在其基础上开展了实验研究。目前,该制冷机在200 W输入功率时无负荷最低温度19.3 K,在38 9 K提供1 W的制冷量,能够满足一些用户对于20 K温区的需求。
【Abstract】 The latest temperature of 20 K miniature desk-top cryocooler project is illustrated in this paper.The project aims at developing desk-top cryocoolers with simple structure,low vibration high reliability and low noise for scientific experiment.A single stage multi-bypass high frequency pulse tube refrigerator was developed.Experimental research has been investigated on it.At present this cryocooler can reach the lowest temperature of 19.3 K and obtain 1 W cooling power at 38.9 K with 200 W input power.It meets the cooling requirement operating above 20 K for some users
