液压挖掘机动力系统试验台故障停机率降低策略
Strategy to Reduce Failure Rate of Test Bench for Hydraulic Excavator Power System
【摘要】 以液压挖掘机试验台动力系统为研究对象,采用系统失效模式及后果分析方法(Failure Modeand Effects Analysis,FMEA),确定液压挖掘机试验台动力系统的关键部件,再运用组件失效模式及后果分析方法判断各部件的主导故障,制定相应的故障停机率降低策略,并通过实例来进一步说明。
【Abstract】 We set the test bench for hydraulic excavator power system as the study subject by utilizing a failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify the critical components in the test bench for hydraulic excavator power system. Then, we used the components failure mode and resultant analyses to determine leading failures of the components, thus formulating counter strategies to minimize the failure troubles and making further explanation thru actual samples.
