考虑最低允许质量水平的逆向物流生产库存模型及其粒子群算法
Reverse Logistics Production Inventory Model with Minimum Allowed Quality Level and Particle Swarm Optimization
【摘要】 逆向物流系统中只有那些满足最低限度的质量水平的旧产品才从客户处回购进行再制造,但是由于回收产品的质量参差不齐,所以将质量水平作为随机变量,另外制造与再制造均采用经济生产批量,目标是最小化总生产库存成本.针对目标函数的复杂性提出了粒子群优化算法,并采用数值算例对算法性能进行了检验.
【Abstract】 In a reverse logistics inventor system only those products that satisfy a minimum allowed quality level are bought back from customers for recycling purpose.Thus the collection rate of used products is expressed in a function of the quality level.Also,it is assumed that products are either manufactured or remanufactured in an EPQ setting.Treating the quality of recycled products as a random variable,the paper develops a mathematical model for a single remanufacturing and a single manufacturing run in a cycle with the objective of minimizing the production and inventory costs.To illustrate the validity of the model,particle swarm optimization is given.
