几种植物诱抗剂对烟草农艺性状及抗病性的影响
Effects of Several Kinds of Plant Elicitors on Agronomic Traits and Disease Resistance of Tobacco
【摘要】 为了对开发和研制防治烟草黑胫病的抗逆诱导剂提供理论支持,以云烟85为材料,进行了不同抗逆诱导剂对烤烟生长及烟草黑胫病的防效试验。结果表明:各种诱抗剂对烟草生长均有一定的促进作用,能适当提高烟草农艺性状指标,以移栽灵、壳聚糖的效果较好;移栽灵与壳聚糖对黑胫病具有较好的抑制作用,推迟了发病始期,减缓了发病速率。
【Abstract】 A control test of the effects of different plant elicitors on tobacco growth and tobacco black shank was conducted taking Yunyan 85 as the material to provide a theoretical support for exploiting and developing plant elicitors.The results showed that all the plant elicitors could promote tobacco growth in certain degree.Meanwhile,they could appropriately enhance the indexes of agronomic traits.Isolane and chitosan had better effect and they could preferably inhibit black shank and delay emerging time and slow down the incidence rate.
