【摘要】 为探索山区烟叶专业分级散叶收购模式,以黔西县山区农户分级扎把、预检约时交售的烟叶分级收购传统模式现状分析为基础,按照专业化分级、市场化运作、流程化管理的原则,以现代烟草农业为统领,工业企业需求为导向,基地单元为载体,站、点(线)、场为平台,全面开展站点一体化和工场一体化的山区烟叶专业分级散叶收购(SGLP)模式研究。经3年的运作表明,实施SGLP模式,有利于降低分级成本,提高分级收购效率,同时也有利于烟草部门提供统一服务,实现集约经营。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the specialized grading and loose-leaf purchasing model(SGLP Model) in tobacco-grown mountain area,the analysis of traditional tobacco grading and purchasing model in Qianxi County had the characteristics of grading and bunching by tobacco grower,selling at the appointed time after pre-examination,new model for mountain tobacco grading and purchasing supported by tobacco station integration and tobacco workshop integration were put forward,which was named SGLP Model.Based on the principle of specialized grading,marketing operation and flow management,and sticking to modern tobacco agriculture as command,industrial demand was as carrier.After 3 years operation of SGLP model,the results showed that the cost of grading was decreased and efficiency of grading and purchasing was improved,and was beneficial for the tobacco company providing uniform service and realizing the intensive management.更多还原
