3种高山杜鹃不同季节茎段内源激素的变化
Changes of Endogenous Hormones of Three Rhododendron lapponicum Stems During Different Seasons
【摘要】 为弄清适合高山杜鹃扦插生根的最佳季节,建立高效扦插繁殖体系,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法,研究3种高山杜鹃不同季节扦插前茎段内源激素的含量变化。结果表明:在3种高山杜鹃扦插前的茎段中,大白杜鹃的IAA和GA含量在1月和11月最高,分别达107.51ng/g FW和5.31ng/g FW;ABA含量11月最低,为107.92ng/g FW。长蕊杜鹃的IAA和GA含量均在9月最高,分别达65.4ng/g FW和4.52ng/g FW;ABA含量5月最低,为86.86ng/g FW。糙叶杜鹃的IAA和GA含量同样均是3月最高,分别达121.64ng/g FW和7.76ng/g FW;ABA含量3月最低,为77.33ng/g FW。大白杜鹃适宜扦插时期为11月,长蕊杜鹃为9月,而糙叶杜鹃为3月。
【Abstract】 In order to seek the optimum seasons for rooting of R.lapponicum cuttings and establish commercial feasible cutting propagation system of R.lapponicum,the changes of endogenous hormone content in different seasons before cutting were studied by ELISA method.The results showed that the contents of IAA and GA in Rhododendron decorum(107.51 ng/g FW and 5.31 ng/g FW) reached the highest in January and November.And Rhododendron stamineum in September(65.4 ng/g FW and 4.52 ng/g FW),Rhododendron scabrifolium in March(121.64 ng/g FW and 7.76 ng/g FW).However,the ABA content of R.decorum,R.stamineum and R.scabrifolium reached the lowest in November(107.92 ng/g FW),May(86.86 ng/g FW) and March(77.33 ng/g FW) respectively.The optimum cutting stages for R.decorum,R.stamineum and R.scabrifolium were November,September and March separately.
