红姑娘宿萼中可溶性膳食纤维的提取工艺
Extraction Process of Soluble Dietary Fiber from Physalis alkekengi
【摘要】 为有效提取红姑娘宿萼中的膳食纤维,采用氢氧化钠浸泡方法,对红姑娘中的水溶性膳食纤维最佳提取条件进行了研究。结果表明:红姑娘水溶性膳食纤维的提取工艺中,料液比对可溶性膳食纤维的影响最大;最佳提取工艺的料液比为1∶18,碱解时间为75min,碱解温度为65℃,NaOH质量分数为5.5%,膳食纤维的提取率达5.6%。
【Abstract】 In order to extract soluble dietary fiber(SDF) from P.alkekengi,sodium hydroxide soaking method was adopted to research the optimum extraction conditions.The rusults showed that liquid ratio was the most influential factor of extraction soluble dietary fiber.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of material and liquid was 1∶18,alkaline hydrolysis at 65℃ for 75minutes in 5.5% NaOH.
