【摘要】 为了解贵州省辣椒制品中黄曲霉毒素B1的污染情况,采用ELISA方法对2009—2010年贵州省9个地区市场销售的669份辣椒制品中黄曲霉毒素B1含量进行检测分析。结果表明,贵州省辣椒制品中总体存在黄曲霉毒素B1的轻度污染,尤其是干辣椒制品中黄曲霉毒素B1的污染情况较重。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the aflatoxin B1 contamination in chilli products of Guizhou Province,the aflatoxin B1 contents in 669 samples from market in nine regions of Guizhou Province were detected and analyzed by ELISA method in 2009-2010.The results showed that the chilli products in Guizhou Province,the overall of which existed light degree of aflatoxin B1 contamination,but the dried chilli products existed heavier aflatoxin B1 contamination.更多还原
