花生种子的黄曲霉抗性物质成分和基因研究进展
Advances in Aspergillus flavus-resistant Substances and Genes in Peanut Seeds
【摘要】 为花生黄曲霉的抗性研究和建立快速有效的鉴定方法提供参考,对花生种子的白藜露醇、脂肪氧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、胰蛋白酶抑制剂、几丁质酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶等黄曲霉抗性物质、膜质过氧化反应、种皮超微结构和抗性成分及抗黄曲霉基因进行了综述,同时对花生抗黄曲霉成分和基因研究进行了展望。
【Abstract】 In this paper the A.flavus-resistant substances such as resveratrol,lipoxygenase,phenylalanine ammonialyase,trypsin inhibitor,chitinase,β-1,3-glucanase,lipid peroxidation,ultrastructure and A.flavus-resistant composition of seed coat,and several A.flavus resistance-related genes were reviewed,and the prospects for the future studies of A.flavus-resistant substances and genes were put forward as well.
