【摘要】 通过气力与机械力的联合作用,分析双组分颗粒在干燥器内的扰动流态化行为,考察颗粒的组分配比、静止床层高度、机械力作用强度等因素对双组分物料在干燥器内的流体力学性质及传热性质的影响,采用因次分析方法得出相应的表面传热系数关联式。研究结果表明,机械力场的加入,有效改善了双组分颗粒的流化状态及气固间传热性质,为炼焦煤调湿分级一体化工艺技术工业化应用提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 A experiment study on the characteristics of fluidizing behavior of binary particles in disturbance mixed dryer was carried out by combining gas with mechanical strength.The factors such as binary particle size,bed height and mechanical strength intension influence on characteristics of flow and heat transfer were analyzed,and the relative formula of heat transfer coefficient was obtained by dimensional analysis method.The characteristics of flow and heat transfer were improved effectively through mechanical strength action.It provides technical support for wetness-adjusting and grading integration technology of coking coal in industrialization area.
