固定资产投资与废水减排关系的回归分析
Regression analysis of relationship between fixed asset investment and waste water discharge reduction in textile industry
【摘要】 运用统计学的回归分析理论,对纺织业固定资产投资(衡量纺织业清洁生产投入)与废水减排强度进行回归分析。根据回归曲线拟合的决定系数(R-Square)最大原则,确定固定资产投资与废水减排强度指数之间满足渐近回归(凹入)函数关系,从曲线看出:当固定资产投资力度加大时,废水减排强度指数增大,但废水减排强度指数不会无限量增大,而是逐渐趋于平稳。这与企业实施清洁生产从源头和生产过程控制污染排放既节约了能源,减少了末端治理成本,又保护了环境,实现经济和社会双赢的实际情况是相符合的。
【Abstract】 The correlation between the fixed asset investment of the textile industry and the wastewater discharge reduction intensity was analyzed using the regression analysis theory.It was found that the asymptotic regression functional relation was fit for the relationship between the fixed asset investment and the index of wastewater discharge reduction intensity based on the maximum coefficient of determination(R-Square) in regression curve fitting.From the curve,increasing the fixed asset investment increases the intensity index of wastewater discharge reduction.However,the intensity index will not increase infinitely,and it will gradually become stable.The trend has close ties with the implementation of cleaner production by enterprises by controlling pollution at the source and during processing,which not only saves natural energies and reduces costs,but protects our environment.From social and economic standpoints,it makes significant sense.
