新型含氟黄色活性染料的结构与性能关系

【摘要】 为满足国内对含氟活性染料的需求,研究3支以2-萘胺-3,6,8三磺酸为重氮组分,与间脲基苯胺偶合为发色基团的含氟黄色活性染料,测定了各染料的光谱、活性染料染色特性参数及其湿处理牢度,并与相应结构的C.I.活性黄176进行对比。分析染料的分子结构与其染色性能的关系。结果表明:含氟染料因氟原子的强吸电性及易离去的特性,使其与纤维的反应速度远远快于相应的含氯染料;尾基的不同也会影响分子的平面性和线性结构,从而改变染料的各种性能参数;除此之外,染料母体结构中不同取代基对光谱的影响符合现代发色理论中分子轨道微绕理论所提出的规律。

【Abstract】 Three bi-functional reactive yellow dyes containing fluoro-triazinyl groups,which were based on 2-aminonaphthalene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid as the diazo components and m-urido-aniline as the azo components,have been studied.Their UV-Vis absorption spectra,dyeing performance parameters and wet fastness were evaluated,and compared with reactive yellow dye C.I.176 with similar structure.The relationship between dye structures and their dyeing properties was investigated.It showed that because of the electrophilic and easy leaving properties of fluorine atom,fluoro-triazinyl reactive dye reacts with fibers much faster than the corresponding chloro-triazinyl reactive dye.Different substituent groups on triazinyl ring can affect the planar and linear structure of molecules,this leads to the change of performance parameters of dyes.In addition,the effect of different substituent groups in the dye precursor on spectrum follows the rule of micro-perturbation MO theory concerning chromophore.
