织物防紫外线性能测试仪的研制
Development of the Instrument Testing the Performance of Ultraviolet Resistance of Fabric
【摘要】 为了测试和评价纺织品的防紫外线性能,详细介绍了基于GB/T 18830—2002《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》研制的织物防紫外线性能测试系统的组成、基本功能,并对其功能的实现、考核及应用做了分析。该测试系统以紫外分光光度计为基础,通过专用的织物样品夹持架便于测试样品不同部位,通过RS232通讯口将测试数据传送到计算机中,由专门研制的软件系统进行处理;测试系统给出织物的UVA、UVB紫外线透过率、紫外线防护系数UPF值,以及不同波长下紫外线透过率曲线图;具有操作简单、测试速度快、精度高、仪器稳定性好的优点;但织物均匀性较差时,不同测试部位得到的测试结果可能会相差比较大,应通过增加测试部位和次数来改善测试结果。
【Abstract】 In order to test and estimate the performance of ultraviolet resistance of fabric,details introduction is given to the general functions of the fabric ultraviolet resistance testing system based on the Estimation of Fabric Ultraviolet Resistance GB/T 18830—2002.Analysis is done to the function realization and function check-up.The system is based on the spectrophotometer of ultraviolet.There is a special gripping stand for the testing sample.The tested data is input to the computer through a communication terminal RS232 for the analysis of the special software.The system gives the permeance rate of UVA,UVB of ultrviolet,UPF value of the ultraviolet and the permeance curve with different wavelength.The system is of simple operation,quick in testing process with high precision and stable performance.When fabric homogeneity weakens,the testing results will vary a lot with the testing part of the fabric.The testing difference should be offset by incresing the frequency of number of the testing parts of fabric.
