【摘要】 本文给出了山东省的基础条件、海洋灾害类型与基本特征以及历史灾害概况等,并对各类海洋灾害的发生频率、致灾因素及损失程度等进行了综合分析,认为各类海洋灾害的发生频率、造成的经济损失等均呈逐年增加趋势;在分析了现有海洋防灾减灾能力现状及存在问题的基础上,结合山东省的实际,从工程性和非工程性两个方面提出了相关防御对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The provincial basic conditions,types and characteristics as well as historical data of marine disasters in Shandong province are given,and the occurring frequency,disaster-inducing factors and loss degree by marine disasters are also analyzed in this paper.According to the comprehensive analysis,all of occurring frequency of marine disasters and economic loss caused by them are considered to reveal increased tendency year by year.Based on analysis on the existing capacity and problems in prevention and reduction of marine disasters of Shandong province,relative defense countermeasures in engineering and non-engineering measures are put forward by meshing with the practical situation for prevention and reduction of marine disasters.更多还原
