【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference between ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction of rosmarinic acid in stem of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.) Nakai.Methods The stem of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.) Nakai was extracted respectively by ultrasonic method and reflux method,and the content of rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC method.Results The average content of rosmarinic acid extracted by ultrasonic method was 0.1582%,and the average content of rosmarinic acid extracted by reflux method was 0.0754%.Conclusion Compared with reflux method,ultrasonic method is more simple,fast and efficient,and suitable for the extraction of rosmarinic acid in stem of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)
