共振光散射法测定痕量铝(Ⅲ)

【摘要】 研究了Al3+对金橙G(OG)共振光散射光谱的影响,发现Al3+对OG的共振散射光谱有增强效应,且在一定条件下,其增强值(△I)与加入Al3+的质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系,据此建立了一种定量测定Al3+的新方法。该方法线性范围为0.033~0.90μg·mL-1,检出限为0.0167μg·mL-1。该方法简便、快速,用于茶叶中痕量Al3+的测定,结果满意。

【Abstract】 Study on the influence of Al3+ to resonance light scattering(RLS) spectrum of orange G(OG),and found Al3+ could enhance the RLS of OG,and in certain conditions,the enhanced intensity of RLS(△I) is proportional to the concentration of Al3+(ρAl3+ ).So a method of RLS for the determination of Al3+ is established.The linear range for the determination of Al3+ is 0.033-0.90μg·mL-1,the detection limit is 0.0167μg·mL-1.This method is simple, rapid and has been applied to the determination of trace Al3+ in running water with satisfactory results.
