X射线荧光光谱法分析石油沥青中的铁、镍、钒、硫
Analysis of iron,nickel,vanadium and sulfur in asphalt by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定石油沥青中的铁、镍、钒和硫元素含量的方法。石油沥青标准样品以多元素标准样品CONOSTAN S21为基础,使用二甲苯调和模拟沥青的H/C摩尔比,2-甲基噻吩控制硫含量,并加入一定量的高效切片石蜡使之成为凝固态,使标准样品的基体与石油沥青样品保持一致。测得的铁、钒、镍和硫元素的检出限分别为0.8,0.7,0.5,16.7 mg/kg,相对标准偏差在0.2%~7.1%范围内。对比实验结果表明,X射线荧光光谱法测定的石油沥青中Fe,Ni,V和S元素结果,满足标准方法 ASTM D5708-2005和ASTM D1552-2007中的再现性要求。
【Abstract】 A method for determination of iron,nickel,vanadium and sulfur in asphalt by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was developed.The standard samples were made from multi-element standard samples CONOSTAN S21.The molar ratio of H/C was simulated by xylene,and the content of sulfur was controlled by 2-methylthiophene.In order to maintain the consistent state between the standard sample and asphalt,a certain amount of efficient slice paraffin were added to the standard sample.The detection limit of iron,nickel,vanadium and sulfur by this method were 0.8,0.7,0.5,16.7 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviations were between 0.2% and 7.1%.Method comparison tests showed that the results obtained from this method for reproducibility of ASTM D5708-2005 and ASTM D1552-2007.
