【摘要】 为保证煤矿综掘装备的开采产量,提高中国煤炭开采效率和煤矿开采安全性,针对煤矿开采逐渐转向复杂煤层中遇到的巷道经常出现断层、夹矸等问题,采用国内外综掘装备及技术发展进行对比分析,研究适应中国硬度岩石的综掘装备及破碎方法,研究结果表明:采用掘进机截齿破碎方法不适应硬度岩石截割,开发自适应硬岩冲击破碎系统将为中国综掘装备的发展提供新的思路.

【Abstract】 Full-mechanized driving equipment is the key equipment of coal mining.The driving speed directly affects the output of coal mining.As gradually turned to coal mining complex coal seam.Roadway often faults,parting.Result in excavation roadway more and more difficult to develop.In order to improve the efficiency of the coal mining and mining safety.Comparative analysis of the development of full-mechanized driving equipment and technology at home and abroad.Research of China fully mechanized driving equipment of rock hardness and crushing method.Research results show: Crushing methods of boring machine cutter do not adapt to cutting hardness of the rock.The development of adaptive hard rock impact crushing system will provide new ideas for the development of full-mechanized driving equipment.
