人工合成云母粉剥离细化的新方法

【摘要】 研究用超声波对人工合成云母粉剥离细化成片形微粉的新方法。将粒径为180~1 700μm的粗云母片用超声装置I进行剥离细化,得到d50为40.39μm的细云母粉,以X射线衍射、扫描电镜、粒度分析和计算结果为依据,探讨超声波对人工合成云母剥离细化的机制。结果表明,这种新方法克服了用轮碾机研磨时对云母表面的磨蚀与划伤的缺点,可以制备出粒度分布窄、表面光滑的片形微细云母粉。

【Abstract】 A new method for comminuting the synthetic mica by ultrasonic waves was studied.The small mica particles in size d50=40.39 μm were obtained after the coarse mica in size 180~1 700 μm was comminuted using ultrasonic equipment I.The principle of synthetic mica comminuted by ultrasonic waves was also discussed based on XRD,SEM,particle size analysis and calculating results.The results show that this new method overcomes the defect that there is damage on the mica surface by the wheel-grind machine.The flake mica particles with narrow size distribution and glabrous surface are prepared by this method.
