【摘要】 3PE涂层由于其稳定的高品质性能在中国管道工程上已经得到了广泛的应用,而近年来,在某些管道现场调查中发现有大面积的剥离现象,对管道安全产生较大威胁。为了找到涂层粘结失效原因,本文通过对比国内外防腐蚀层相关技术标准,从防腐蚀层结构、原材料性能指标、表面处理要求、涂装工艺要求、质量检验等五个方面讨论国内外防腐蚀层主要技术指标的差异,考察不同技术指标对3PE使用性能的影响,分析3PE防腐蚀层在使用过程中可能存在的失效原因,并对3PE使用中应注意的问题和国内3PE技术标准的指标的改进提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three layer polyethylene coating system has been used extensively on the pipelines in China.However,it has been found several cases of disbondment of 3PE and steel interface.The coating failure of 3PE on pipeline can cause serious pipeline safety problems.Therefore,the relative standards of 3PE coating at home and abroad are compared and analyzed to find out if the difference of the technical parameters can cause any effect.The factors of coating structure,property of raw materials,requirement of surface and coating processing and quality inspection are compared and the cause of 3PE coating failure are analyzed.In addition,suggestions are given on the application of 3PE coating the improving of technical parameters in 3PE coating standards used in China.更多还原
