新型耐高温阻烧延车间底漆的开发与应用

【摘要】 通过改良优化配方,产品优化升级成功制备出新型耐高温阻烧延车间底漆,耐高温达1200℃,烧延面积小,焊接性能好,大大减少二次除锈重涂的工作量,在很大程度上降低制造成本;耐高温阻烧延车间底漆施工操作简单、方便、环保,并且采用醇类溶剂作为稀释剂,对操作工人身体无毒害。该材料填补国内车间底漆应用中的诸多不足,具有广阔的市场前景和很高的经济效益及社会效益。

【Abstract】 The new shop primer,which has excellent high temperature resistant performance and outstanding burnt extend resistant performance,was successfully prepared through improved formula and product optimization and upgrading.The workload of secondary rust cleaning and recoat and manufacturing cost were cut to the bone cause this new shop primer has an excellent high-temperature resistance(can arrive 1200 ℃),small size of burnt extend and unique welding performance.This new shop primer was comparatively simple to construct,convenient and environmentally friendly,what′s more,it is no risk to the operator.This new shop primer will make up some shortfall which issues from traditional shop primer,and will be wide market and vast economic and social efficiency.
