【摘要】 目的:探讨食管癌患者手术治疗前后血清Hcy、CA72-4和VEGF水平的变化及意义。方法:应用放免法、免疫化学法和酶联法对33例食管癌患者进行了手术治疗前血清Hcy、CA72-4和VEGF检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:食管癌患者在手术治疗前血清Hcy、CA72-4和VEGF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经手术治疗6个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测血清Hcy、CA72-4和VEGF水平的变化对预后判定和观察病情均有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical Significance of measuring the changes on serum Hcy,CA72-4 and VEGF levels both before and after operation in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Serum CA72-4(with RIA),Hcy(with immunechemistry) VEGF(with ELISA) levels were determined in 33 patients with esophageal cancer both before and after operation and to compared with 35 controls.Results Before operation the serum Hcy,CA72-4 and VEGF levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls(P<0.01).6 months after esophagectomy.The levels were no significant difference from those in controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum Hcy,CA72-4 and VEGF levels after operation might be of prognostic importance,monitoring pathosis in patients with esophageal cancer.更多还原
