【Abstract】 At present,self-innovation strategy has developed from theory to actual practice.To realize or accomplish self-innovation,the nurture for innovative type people is essential.In this paper,the quality composition for innovative type people has been firstly discussed,then their quality model has been established,and finally their fostering channels have been focused so that a referencing operation method to foster innovative type people from both theoretical and practical perspective can be offered.更多还原
