【摘要】 目的探讨气管切开肺部感染患者应用集束化干预措施的效果。方法将2010年1～12月86例气管切开肺部感染患者作为干预组,选取2009年1～12月病情类似的85例气管切开患者作为对照组,比较两组肺部感染持续时间、置管时间、并发症发生情况及预后。结果对照组肺部感染的持续时间、气管切开及住ICU时间明显长于干预组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),对照组气管切开期间并发症发生较干预组明显增多。结论采用集束化干预措施能有效预防和降低气管切开患者并发症的发生,缩短感染持续时间、置管时间及住ICU的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the effect of bundles of care on tracheostomy patients of lung infection. Method 171 cases were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=86 cases from 2010) and control group(n=85 cases from 2009).The lung infection time,the tracheotomy tube keeping time,the complications and the prognosis were observed in two groups. Result The time of lung infection,of tracheostomy and ICU stay time in control group were longer than the intervention group.The differences were statically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with the intervention group,the incidence of complications were higher in the control group. Conclusion Bundles of care could prevent and decrease the incidence of complications on tracheostomy.The lung infection time,the tracheotomy tube keeping time and the ICU stay time would be decurtated with the bundles of care.更多还原
