【摘要】 目的:探讨血清VEGF、TNF-α在早期AS患者发病中的表达意义。方法:采用免疫学方法,检测53例早期AS患者和39名健康对照者血清中VEGF、TNF-α,进行统计学分析。结果:早期AS患者组中血清VEGF、TNF-α水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),表明VEGF、TNF-α是早期AS患者发病过程中的重要炎症指标。结论:VEGF、TNF-α是AS发病相关的细胞因子,直接或间接参与早期AS炎症的发生、血管增生及关节软骨破坏等病理过程,可以作为早期AS的实验室指标及疾病转归指标,也可以作为监测TNF-α蛋白拮抗剂用于强直性脊柱炎活动期临床疗效的观察指标。更多还原
