【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)术中经胆囊管胆道造影的临床效果及注意事项。方法:回顾分析为57例患者于三孔法LC术中经胆囊管行胆道造影的临床资料。结果:57例均造影成功,无一例发生并发症。术后随访2~24个月,效果良好。结论:总结并改进LC术中经胆囊管胆道造影,材料方便,操作简单,患者痛苦小,并发症发生率低,耗时少,费用低,确诊率高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and precautions of intra-operative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholangiography(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 57 cases who underwent intra-operative cholangiography in LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All of the 57 cases were performed successfully and none complication occurred.The effect was well during the 224 month follow-up.Conclusions:Intra-operative cholangiography in LC was with convenient materials and simple operation,has advantages of less pain,less complications,less time-consuming,less cost and high diagnostic rate,which is worth popularizing.更多还原
