【摘要】 目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的应用价值,并总结手术经验。方法:回顾分析2011年7～12月有选择性地为17例患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料,纵行切开脐部,经三通道套管置入可弯曲及常规腹腔镜器械切除胆囊,术后恢复脐孔形态。结果:17例手术均获成功。手术时间40～100 min,平均75 min。无并发症发生。术后平均3 d出院,脐部瘢痕隐蔽。患者对治疗及美容效果满意。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行,但较传统LC操作困难,对术者技术要求较高。术后腹壁无疤痕,美容效果极好,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and summarize the operation experience.Methods:The clinical data of 17 cases underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy was retrospectively analyzed.Results:Seventeen cases were successful.The operation time was 40-100 min(mean 75 min).No complications occurred,patients were discharged in 3 days after surgery,umbilical scar was hidden.Patients were satisfactory on treatment and cosmetic effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Conclusions:Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible,but difficult than traditional LC,the technical requirement of operator is higher.It is worth popularizing with no scar and cosmetic effect.更多还原
