【摘要】 目的:总结腔镜甲状腺手术的手术方法及应用价值。方法:回顾分析2011年4月至2011年11月为50例患者经胸乳入路行腔镜甲状腺手术的临床资料。结果:本组49例顺利完成腔镜甲状腺手术,1例因术中冰冻病理提示甲状腺癌中转开放手术。手术时间40～152 min,平均91 min;术中出血量5～82 ml,平均25.1 ml。术后发生切口感染1例,皮下隧道出血3例,皮下气肿6例,均经妥善处理痊愈。结论:严格把握手术适应证,术前精心准备,术中规范操作是成功开展腔镜甲状腺手术的前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the methods and clinical value of endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 50 cases underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy by trans-thoracoareolar approach from Apr.2011 to Nov.2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The operation in 49 cases were successful.One case was converted to open operation because of thyroid cancer.The operative time was from 40 min to 152 min,average 91 min.Intraoperative blood loss was from 5 ml to 82 ml.There was one case of postoperative wound infection,3 cases of postoperative subcutaneous tunnel haemorrhage and 6 cases of subcutaneous emphysema.Conclusions:Strictly surgical indications,careful preparation,standard operation is the premise of successful implementation of endoscopic thyroidectomy.更多还原
