【摘要】 目的评价睾丸部分切除术对睾丸良性肿瘤患者的临床应用价值,提高睾丸良性肿瘤的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院1996年12月至2011年12月收治的5例良性睾丸肿瘤行睾丸部分切除术患者的临床资料,包括症状、体征、影像学资料、肿瘤标志物等。结果 5例均行睾丸部分切除术,术中冰冻病理均提示良性肿瘤,术后病理提示表皮样囊肿3例,成熟型畸胎瘤2例。术后随访3～68个月,平均30.5个月,均无肿瘤复发。1例11岁儿童随访3年,睾丸发育良好。4例成年患者,3例术后已生育;1例随访至今,精液常规正常,无抗精子抗体。结论术前诊断睾丸良性肿瘤可能性大的患者,可考虑行睾丸部分切除术,避免不必要的睾丸切除,减少对青少年患者生理、心理的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical value of testis-sparing surgery in benign testicular tumor and improve our diagnostic and treatment level.Methods The clinical data of five cases of benign testicular tumors which had been cured by testis-sparing surgery from December 1996 to December 2011 were presented and discussed,including symptoms,physical signs,imaging features,tumor markers,treatment and pathology.Results Testis-sparing surgery was successfully performed in all five cases,and pathological diagnosis included three cases of epidermoid cyst,two cases of mature teratoma.Five patients received interview by the average follow-up time of 30.5 months(3 months to 68 months)after operation,without local recurrence.Conclusion The testis-sparing surgery is advisable when probable outcome is benign testicular tumor before operation.It can prevent unnecessary testis resetion and reduce the effects of psychological and physical development.更多还原
