【Abstract】 Since humanistic concern and psychological counseling were proposed in the report of the CPC 17th National Congress,they have increased the connotation of ideological and political work in universities,expanded the view of those who do the ideological and political work,and provided a new approach to the effectiveness of the ideological and political work in universities.At present,there is a severe lack of humanistic concern in the work.The humanistic concern and psychological counseling will be enhanced through creating an atmosphere,showing care and concern for the undergraduates and building a high-quality team on ideological and political work.更多还原
