不同运动对糖耐量减低者肱动脉内皮功能、胰岛素敏感性的影响
Influence of Different Exercise on Brachial Arterial Endothelial Function and Insulin Sensitivity of Patientswith Impaired Glucose Tolerance
【摘要】 探讨健步走、健步走+抗阻力运动是否具有改善糖耐量减低者血管内皮舒张功能、胰岛素敏感性与体成分的作用及其不同点.将61名受试者随机分为健步走组20例、健步走+抗阻力运动组20例、对照组21例,2组受试者采取24周运动处方的锻炼,并根据检测的3组24周前后的数据进行统计分析,研究表明:2运动组24周运动干预前后,肱动脉内径变化百分率、体脂百分比、腰围、腰臀比、胰岛素抵抗指数及空腹胰岛素、餐后2h血糖有显著性差异,而体质量指数和空腹血糖却无显著性差异;2运动组之间干预效果的差异上,健步走组的腰围干预差异比健步走+抗阻力运动组的大.糖耐量减低者进行24周健步走、健步走+抗阻力运动可改善血管内皮舒张功能、提高胰岛素敏感性、改善体成分,但在腰围的作用效果上健步走对腰围的影响效果较健步走+抗阻力运动的明显.
【Abstract】 Explore the different effects of walking and walking+anti-resistenceexercise to improve the brachial arterial vasodilation function,insulin sensitivity and body composition of patients with impaired glucose tolerancec.Sixty-one patients with IGT were randomly divided into walking group,walking+anti-resisitence exercise group and control group,carry on 24 weeks exercise prescription,test and analysis the targets before and after the exercise prescription.Research shows: after 24 weeks exercise intervention,brachial artery percentage change in diameter,body fat percent,waist,WHR,HOMA-IR,fasting insulin and OGTT 2 h glucose have significant difference,but BMI and fasting blood glucose have no significant difference.Compare with walking+anti-resisitence exercise group,the intervention effort of walking exercise is more apparent.24 weeks walking and walking+anti-resistance exercise could improve brachial arterial vasodilation function,insulin sensitivity and body composition,but the effect of walking exercise to waist is more apparent than walking+anti-resistance.
