水热法合成纳米Ni(OH)2

【摘要】 以NiCl2.6H2O和NaOH为原料,在水热条件下制备了氢氧化镍纳米材料,运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品进行了表征,探索了反应温度、反应时间、PH值、表面活性剂等因素对氢氧化镍晶粒的影响。结果表明:采用水热法可以成功合成β相氢氧化镍纳米材料,其颗粒大小在12nm到29nm之间,粒径大小受反应条件的影响。

【Abstract】 Used the NiCl2 and NaOH as raw materials,the nano nickel hydroxide was prepared under hydrothermal conditions.The influence of the reaction temperature,reaction time,pH value,surface active agent addition on the particle size and structure of nickel hydroxide was investigated.The results showed that,The nano materials nickel hydroxides,which particle size were between the 12 nm to 29 nm,were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The particle size and crystal phase of nickel hydroxide was effected by the reaction conditions.
