混装生产线的电子工艺看板系统软件设计
Software design of E-kanban on mixed model assembly line
【摘要】 分析了国内外混装生产线的现状,针对目前制造业混装生产线工艺看板存在的一些问题,提出一种电子工艺看板系统的软件设计与实现。从系统的物理结构、层次结构和业务处理流程这几个方面描述了系统的总体结构与实现,详细阐述了系统软件关键技术的设计与实现,并对系统软件的信息交互做了可靠性考虑和优化设计,最后讨论了电子工艺看板的应用实例及其良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Based on the existing researches and achievements on mixed model assembly line at home and abroad,the software design and implementation of E-kanban system are proposed.At first,the general structure and implementation of the system are described in terms of physical structure,hierarchical structure and processing process.Then the design and implementation of the key technologies for E-kanban system software are expounded,while the reliability and optimization of information interaction of the system are considered.At last,the application cases are provided,and good application prospect E-kanban system are discussed.
