集群聚能装药对混凝土破坏效应研究

【摘要】 为分析射流对混凝土靶的侵彻毁伤效应,采用非线性动力分析软件AUTODYN对单个和多个射流侵彻混凝土靶形成侵彻孔洞过程进行数值模拟。研究表明:对4个成型装药爆炸形成射流侵彻混凝土将增加弹坑入口处孔洞的损伤直径;相对单个射流,在多射流作用下孔洞每单位体积消耗的能量较小。因此,采用多个成型装药爆炸形成射流侵彻混凝土将有利于入口弹坑的形成,结果可为新型弹药设计和毁伤评估提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the damage effect of concrete targets,numerical simulation of multiple and single jet impact and penetration on the borehole damage diameter in concrete targets was carried out with AUTODYN software.It is shown that enhanced entrance crater formation results from the simultaneous blasting and penetration of four shaped charge jets;that the jet energy per unit hole volume constant for concrete can be substantially reduceed by the use of multiple jet impacts.Therefore,enhanced entrance crater formation could result from the simultaneous blasting and penetration of multiple shaped charge jets.The results provide foundation for improving the new type warhead design and damage evaluation.
