函数控制加载规律下离心叶轮三维设计方法及数值分析

【摘要】 运用叶片的载荷分布与叶片角β的变化函数dβ/dr,可视化的控制加载规律的方法对离心叶轮回转面的叶片型线进行设计,与采用Bezier曲线构造法设计叶轮子午面轮廓相结合,确定叶轮三维空间坐标。通过对三种加载规律叶轮和单圆弧叶轮的数值模拟,得出函数控制加载规律是叶轮三维设计的可行方法。

【Abstract】 The method of visualized controlled loading function laws is applied to design blade profile in the revolution surface of centrifugal impeller by using function dβ/dr of the blade angle β and the load distribution of blade.And Bezier curve method is applied to design meridian planes of impeller.So the 3D space coordinate has been determined according to the combination of them.Furthermore,the numerical simulation for the three kinds of impellers with different combined loading laws and one with the single circular arc is carried out,and proved that the method is feasible.
