连续体结构拓扑优化的过滤变密度法
A New Variable Density Method with Gray-scale Filter Function for Topology Optimization of Continuum Structures
【摘要】 为了解决经典变密度法存在的灰度单元收敛过慢以及优化结果灰度单元过多问题,引入带灰度过滤函数的变密度法模型.根据过滤函数的性质,给出了2个带可调参数的过滤函数模型.通过经典MBB梁优化算例,比较过滤函数对灰度问题的改善效果,分析了参数对优化目标的影响并给出了合理的参数选择模式.计算结果表明了此方法的合理性和有效性.带灰度过滤函数的变密度法一方面使得优化结果具有较好的0—1清晰性;另一方面,过滤函数加快了灰度单元的收敛速度,从而减少了优化收敛所需的迭代次数.
【Abstract】 In order to solve the presence of gray-scale material in optimization result and low convergence efficiency during optimization procedure caused by those intermediate densities,a new gray-scale filter function is added on traditional variable density approach for topology optimization.Based on the properties of filter function,two proper gray-scale filter functions are adopted.Illustrated example of classic MBB beam optimization problem is presented both for verification and application for the filter method.The newly proposed gray-scale filter function method takes effect on enhancing the 0-1 convergence of the optimization result and decreasing iteration number caused by low convergence efficiency of gray elements.
