【摘要】 目的调查武汉市体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的情况,探讨Hp感染对脂代谢的影响。方法使用免疫胶体金法对体检人群进行Hp抗体的血清学筛查,以酶比色法测定体检人群的总胆固醇(Totalcholestero1,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)。结果武汉市Hp的总感染率为19.7%,男性感染率为22.3%,女性感染率为14.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.64,P<0.05);50～59岁年龄段感染率最高为26.1%,不同年龄段感染率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.2,P<0.05)。Hp抗体阳性组血清TG水平较阴性组明显升高(t=-2.686,P<0.05),血清HDL-C水平较阴性组明显降低(t=2.181,P<0.05),TC、LDL-C水平较阴性组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义。结论武汉市体检人群Hp感染率较国内平均水平偏低,与性别、年龄有关,并且Hp感染可能影响机体血脂代谢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) of the physical examination people in Wuhan City,and explore the effect of Hp infection on the blood lipid metabolism.Methods Immune colloidal gold method was used to screening the serological Hp antibody of the physical examination people and enzyme colorimetric method was used to measure the total cholestero1,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and Low density lipoprotein cholesterol of the physical examination people.Results The total infection rate of Hp of the physical examination people in Wuhan City was 19.7%,the infection rate of male was 22.3%,the infection rate of female was 14.5%,There was significant difference between the male and the female(χ2=9.64,P<0.05);50 to 59 age group has the highest infection rate 26.1%,and there was significant difference among the other groups(χ2=22.2,P<0.05).The concentration of TG was markedly higher in the Hp(+)group than in the Hp(-) group(t=-2.686,P<0.05),while the HDL-C level was decreased(t=2.181,P<0.05).Compare to the Hp(-) group,the concentration of TC and LDL-C tended to increase,but not obviously.Conclusions Hp infection rate of the medical population in Wuhan City is lower than the national average,and related to the gender as well as age.Hp infection could affect the blood lipid metabolism.更多还原
