激光甲烷气体传感器信号处理方法研究

【摘要】 甲烷气体浓度是煤矿安全生产的重要参数指标,精确检测甲烷浓度是保障煤矿安全生产的关键。设计了一套甲烷检测系统,采用DFB激光器作为光源,结合差分检测和谐波检测法对系统测量误差进行补偿。并提出一种新的气体浓度信号处理方法,以提高系统检测的稳定性。实验结果表明,当甲烷气体体积分数检测范围为0~5%时,检测的相对误差小于2%。

【Abstract】 The concentration of methane gas is an important indicator for safe production in coal mines,and the accurate detection of methane concentration is the key to protect the safety of coal mines.A methane detection system was designed,which uses DFB laser as the light source and can conduct the compensation for the measurement error of the system by adopting the differential and harmonic detection methods.A new signal processing method for gas concentration was proposed,which can improve the stability of the testing system.The experimental results showed that the relative error was less than 2% in its detection range of 0-5%.
