基于新木桶理论的煤矿瓦斯爆炸控制体系研讨

【摘要】 传统木桶理论的核心思想是最短板决定木桶容水量,然而这一理论并不完善。通过对现行安全管理漏洞的深入分析,提出了新木桶理论。在新木桶理论中,木桶容水量由短板、桶底、桶箍三方面决定。在对传统木桶理论进行修订的过程中,通过类比思维发现"桶容水量"与煤矿瓦斯管理之间的联系。根据安全系统工程的原理和事故致因理论,分析了煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的危险源,在新木桶理论基础之上,创新性地建立一套新的煤矿瓦斯爆炸控制体系。

【Abstract】 The core idea of traditional Cannikin Law is that the shortest slab determines the capacity of a wooden tub,but this theory is not perfect.In this paper,a new Cannikin Law was proposed through the deep analysis of the loopholes in current safety management.In this new Cannikin Law,the capacity of a wooden tub was determined by the short slab,the barrel bottom and the barrel hoop.In revision process of the traditional Cannikin Law,the linkage between the tub capacity and the mine gas management was discovered by analogical thinking.The hazard source of the coal mine gas explosion was analyzed according to the principle of the safety system engineering and the theory of accident causation.Based on the new Cannikin Law,a new control system for mine gas explosion was established.
