【摘要】 目的:观察康复新液与蒙脱石散治疗新生儿应激性溃疡出血的疗效。方法:将51例应激性溃疡出血的患儿随机分成治疗组26例和对照组25例,两组均予治疗原发病,西咪替丁抑制胃酸,静脉滴注酚磺乙胺止血,治疗组管饲康复新液与蒙脱石散,对照组管饲凝血酶,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.3%,止血时间为(2.00±0.33)d,对照组总有效率为68.0%,止血时间为(3.00±0.68)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.5,P<0.05及t=6.621,P<0.01),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:康复新液与蒙脱石散管饲治疗新生儿应激性溃疡出血能提高总有效率并缩短止血时间,且简单、价廉,未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Kangfuxin solution and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of stress ulceration and bleeding in the newborn.Methods: Together 51 cases of stress ulceration and bleeding were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups were given cimetidine and etamsylate intravenously,and their primary diseases were treated as well.Additionally,Kangfuxin solution and montmorillonite powder were used for the treatment group and thrombin was used for the control group.The effective rate,hemostasis time and adverse reactions were examined to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results: The difference of effective rate in the two groups was significant(92.3% and 68.0%,χ2=4.5,P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the treatment group was reduced significantly((2.00±0.33) d vs(3.00±0.68) d,t=6.621,P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions: Kangfuxin solution and montmorillonite powder through tube feeding for stress ulceration and bleeding in newborn infants can improve the clinical effectiveness and can effectively shorten the hemostasis time.As an easy,cheap therapy,Kangfuxin solution and montmorillonite powder through tube feeding can be widely used for stress ulceration and bleeding in clinical practice.更多还原
