【摘要】 目的研究微切口乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析68例乳腺纤维腺瘤微切口手术患者的临床资料。结果本研究68例患者中64例手术成功,4例改为开放手术;59例微切口手术切口一期愈合,5例患者切口延迟愈合,无皮下瘀斑及皮下血肿。切口瘢痕微小,乳房外形无变化。结论微切口乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术具有安全、瘢痕小、无并发症等特点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect of mini-incision on breast fibro-adenoma.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of mini-incision for fibro-adenoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 68 cases,64 cases succeed and the other 4 cases turned to open surgery,59 cases healed by first intention and 5 had delayed healing,no subcutaneous hematoma and ecchymosis,incision scar was so small and breast contour had no change.Conclusion Mini-incision for breast fibro-adenoma has the characteristic of safe,small scar and no complications,is worthy to be popularized in clinic.更多还原
