【摘要】 模拟板件测试系统是对核电站组成仪表和控制系统(I&C)的功能板件进行检修和维护而开发的测试平台。可同时对其13类62块板件功能板件同时测试。测试过程中采集到的数据以Tdms的格式存储在上位机数据库中。这些采集数据需要以合适的数据回放软件来显示和处理才能得到有用的板件测试信息。本软件选用LabVIEW为开发工具,从实际应用出发设计了整定回放、故障信息显示、测试板件动态参数求取、全程回放、生成报表等多种功能。经现场试验实测运行效果良好,全面有效的提取了测试板件相关信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analog Interface Card Test System is a test platform for the instrumentation and control system(I&C) functional board to carry out repair and maintenance.The system can be completed at the same time its 13 kinds of 62 plates functional board tests.During the test,the collected data to Tdms format stored in the principal computer database.The collected data needs to appropriate playback software to display and process in order to get useful information on the tested board.Data playback using LabVIEW for the development of design tools,It design tuning playback,fault information display,test panels to strike a dynamic parameter,full replay,generate report and other functions.The software is actually well by the on-site and effectively extracted the relevant information in the database.更多还原
