Mg-Al-Zn-Sn合金时效析出的γ相颗粒数密度的测定
The measurement of the density of the precipitated γ particles during the aging process of the Mg-Al-Zn-Sn alloy
【摘要】 Mg-9.0wt.%Al-1.0wt.%Zn-4.0wt.%Sn合金样品在523 K温度下时效后,析出大量γ-Mg17Al12颗粒。利用会聚束电子衍射的方法测量样品的厚度,进而计算γ相颗粒的数密度Nv。结果表明在Mg-9.0wt.%Al-1.0wt.%Zn-0.2wt.%Mn合金中,添加一定量的Sn元素后促进了γ-Mg17Al12相颗粒的析出。
【Abstract】 A large amount of γ-Mg17Al12 particles precipitated in the aged Mg-9.0wt.%Al-1.0wt.%Zn-4.0wt.%Sn alloy at 523 K.The thickness of the specimen was measured by convergent beam electron diffraction.Furthermore,the number density of the γ-Mg17Al12 particles,NV,was calculated using the value of the thickness measured.The result showed that the addition of a certain amount of Sn to the Mg-9.0wt.%Al-1.0wt.%Zn-0.2wt.%Mn alloy accelerated the precipitation of γ-Mg17Al12 phase.
