带板钢筋混凝土简支梁的耐火极限增大系数
Fire-Resistance-Enhancement-Coefficient of Reinforced Concrete Simply-Supported Beams with Slab
【摘要】 利用SAFIR程序,对带板钢筋混凝土简支梁的耐火极限增大系数进行了分析。考察了梁的荷载比、配筋率、保护层厚度、跨高比,以及板的厚度、宽度、保护层厚度和配筋率等参数,对ISO834标准升温过程作用下带板简支梁的耐火极限增大系数的影响规律。通过1296种工况的计算分析,建立了该增大系数的实用计算公式。研究结果表明:①板的保护层厚度对该增大系数的影响较大,随着保护层厚度增加,该增大系数迅速增大;②板的厚度和纵筋配筋率对该增大系数的影响较小;③适当增加板的宽度可以提高该增大系数。
【Abstract】 Using the computer program of SAFIR,the influences of some parameters(i.e.,load ratio,reinforcement ratio,thickness of concrete cover and span-to-height ratio of RC beam,and height,width,thickness of concrete cover and reinforcement ratio of RC slab) on the fire-resistance-enhancement-coefficient(FREC) of RC simply-supported beams with slab exposed to ISO834 standard fire are analyzed.Based on the simulation results of 1296 cases,a practical calculation method for the FREC is proposed.Simulation results show that:(a) the thickness of concrete cover of slab affects the FREC significantly,and the FREC increases quickly with the increasing of the thickness of concrete cover;(b) the thickness and longitudinal reinforcement ratio of slab have little effect on the FREC;and(c) the FREC increases with the increasing of the width of slab to a certain extent.
