【Abstract】 To promote the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations,Chinese government gave less prominence to handle the memories of war from a strategic height and didn’t want the history issues affecting the overall situation of resuming Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations,but those inevitably conflicted with the national feelings of the masses.Chinese government,as the representative of the masses’ overall interests,had to consider the masses’ emotions.In order to defuse and resolve the masses’ resentful and disgusted emotions,based on the thought of"Distinctive Theory"to Japan,Chinese government carried out many persuasion education and positive guidance work to the masses,cautioned the masses"not replace policies by feelings"and ultimately let the masses accept the reality of the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations.更多还原
