LED光源的结温测量方法
Measurement of Junction Temperature in White LED
【摘要】 分别采用红外热像仪、管脚温度法和Ansys模拟计算法分析测量了LED筒灯的结温。结果表明:管脚测量法能够通过测量管脚的温度,准确地推测出LED芯片的结温。由于这种方法具有非破坏性、精确性、简易性和非接触性,因此可广泛应用于LED结温的测量。测量误差主要取决于封装热阻的误差,而封装热阻是LED灯珠的固有属性,不随着外界温度和散热能力的改变而改变,因此管脚测量法具有通用性。
【Abstract】 Measure the Junction temperature of LED downlight by infrared thermal imager,Pin temperature method and ANSYS simulation.The results show: Pin temperature method can accurately predict the chip Junction temperature by the pin temperature.Because of its non-destructive,accuracy,simplicity,non-contact,Pin temperature method can be widely used in the LED junction temperature measurement;Measurement tolerances mainly depends on the package thermal resistance tolerances;The package thermal resistance is the inherent attribute of the LED,without the influence of outside temperature and heat capacity,so Pin measuring method has the versatility.
