Li2ZnTi3O8 microwave dielectric ceramics were synthesized by the traditional solid-state reaction method.The effects of main sintering parameters on the phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the prepared ceramics were investigated.The results show that the ceramic prepared by pre-sintering at 900 ℃ and subsequent sintering at 1075 ℃ for 4 h contains only the Li2ZnTi3O8 phase and shows a uniform microstructure,few defects and a relative density of 98.5%.Moreover,the ceramic ...
