低温共烧陶瓷工艺制备EBG定向天线

【摘要】 通过低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺制备出禁带位于超宽带(UWB)范围的电磁波禁带(EBG)天线陶瓷基板,其电磁波禁带位于4.0~5.5 GHz。在基板上制备了片式天线,在微波暗室中对天线方向性进行测试。结果发现,与没有EBG结构的片式天线相比,其在H面主瓣方向上的增益提高了约4 dB,背瓣方向辐射强度平均降低了10 dB左右,证明EBG结构能够有效改善天线在空间辐射的方向性。

【Abstract】 The ceramic substrate of electromagnetic bandgap(EBG) structure antenna with the bandgap between 4.0-5.5 GHz dropping in ultra wideband(UWB) was fabricated by low temperature co-fired ceramics technology(LTCC).The patch antenna was fabricated on the substrate.The directional properties of the EBG antenna were measured in microwave dark room.The results show that comparied with the patch antenna without EBG structure,the H-plane gain of the EBG patch antenna increases about 4 dB in the main lobe direction,and decreases about 10 dB in the back lobe direction,which shows that EBG structure can improve the directional property of the patch antenna.
